Heaven in Hells Canyon, Idaho
The Kleinschmidt Grade is a very steep switchback road that goes from the bottom of Hell's Canyon, all the way to the top. Hell's Canyon is the deepest in the US, even deeper than the Grand Canyon. We camped out one night with this incredible panoramic view and despite the wildfire smoke, I wanted to portray a dreamy peaceful scene that belies the name.
