Skilak Lake Summer, Alaska
Painted plein air at the edge of Skilak Lake, Alaska. The lake is notorious for winds and waves that swoop down from the numerous glaciers at the south end of the lake, and are known to kill. It was fortuitous that we had a mirror-like placid day.
